Pods, lights & battery

What do the lights on my pod mean?

A short blue blink every 2 seconds means ready to connect. No light while connected is normal. Two red flashes mean it is going to sleep.

The light on the pod tells you what it is doing. When the pod is connected and recording, the light is off to save battery. That is normal.

Identify colours

When you tap Identify (blink), the pod double-flashes in its colour. The app sets the colour from where you wear the pod:

  • Red for the left side
  • Green for the right side
  • Blue for the centre (pelvis, chest)

A pod with no colour set blinks white. Identify needs pod software 0.2 or newer. See Which pod is which?
