Pods, lights & battery
What the light means, charging, sleep, care and the battery.
- What do the lights on my pod mean?A short blue blink every 2 seconds means ready to connect. No light while connected is normal. Two red flashes mean it is going to sleep.
- How do I charge my pod, and how long does the battery last?Charge with any USB-C cable, off the body. Battery life per session is still being measured in the beta, so charge fully before each session.
- My pod won't wake up or turns off by itselfPods sleep after 5 minutes with no movement and no connection, and wake when you move them. If one stays dark, plug it into USB.
- Which pod is which?Tap Identify (blink) in My pods to make a pod flash, or shake a connected pod for 2 seconds until its card says "That's me!".
- Care, cleaning and safetyPods are not waterproof. Wipe them dry after use, charge them off the body, and stop using a pod whose battery swells or gets hot.
- Can I replace the battery?Pods with a plug-in battery can be opened by hand and the battery swapped. The first prototype pods have a soldered battery, so email us instead.
