Terms of service

Draft — pending lawyer review. These terms cover the website, the waitlist and the beta of the web app. Terms of sale (prices, delivery, the 14-day right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee and returns) will be published before anything is sold. Questions: hello@readmymove.com.

1. Who we are

ReadMyMove is provided by Profit Flow Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria [company number and registered address — to be added] ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@readmymove.com.

2. What ReadMyMove is

ReadMyMove is a sports and movement product: small motion pods worn on straps, plus an app that records and analyses how you move (for example running form, and later dance timing).

ReadMyMove is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or injury. All metrics are estimates, shown with a confidence level. ReadMyMove shows how you move. It does not assess injuries or health. If you have pain, see a health professional. If you're pain-free, there's no need to change something just because it differs from a typical range.

3. Beta and prototype status

• The pods and the app are in beta. Features may change, break or be removed. Some results may be missing or imprecise.
• Beta pods are hand-built prototypes. Use them as described in the help center, and follow the safety notes (Section 7).
• During the beta the app is free. Recording, your core results, your history and export of your data will stay free after launch.

4. Your account

• You must be 14 or older to create an account.
• Give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts.
• You can stop using ReadMyMove and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).

5. Your data and content

• You own your recordings, notes and results. We use them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy policy, and, only if you opt in, to improve our analysis (Research consent).
• You can download and delete your data at any time.
• You give us the rights we need to store, process and show your content back to you and to the people you choose to share it with.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law or other people's rights with the service;
• try to access other people's data or our systems without permission, or overload them;
• reverse-engineer the service to copy it, except where the law allows (for example, for interoperability or security research under our disclosure policy);
• record another person without their permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents it.

7. Safety

• Wear the pods only as shown in the help center. Stop if a strap rubs or your skin gets irritated.
• The pods contain a small lithium-polymer battery. Don't crush, bend, puncture or heat it. Don't charge a pod while you wear it, and don't leave it charging unattended. Stop using a pod whose battery swells, gets hot or smells.
• The pods are not waterproof. Keep them out of water and wipe them dry after use.
• Pay attention to your surroundings while you run or dance. Don't look at the app while running in traffic.
• The app's suggestions (cues, drills, focus) are general movement guidance. You decide whether to follow them. Change one thing at a time and stop any drill that doesn't feel right.

8. Our liability

• We provide the beta "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
• Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on estimates shown in the app.

9. Changes and ending

• We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
• We may end the beta. If we do, we will give you notice and a way to export your data first.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you can bring a claim in your country's courts. Contact us first at hello@readmymove.com; we'd like to fix things directly.
