Connecting
Using ReadMyMove on iPhone or iPad
Safari can't connect to Bluetooth pods. Install the free Bluefy browser and open app.readmymove.com in it, or record with an Android phone or a computer.
Apple doesn't let Safari or other iPhone browsers talk to Bluetooth devices. Until our iPhone app is ready, use the free Bluefy browser.
Set up Bluefy
- Install Bluefy – Web BLE Browser from the App Store. It is free.
- Open Bluefy and go to
app.readmymove.com. - Sign in with your ReadMyMove account.
- When the app asks for Bluetooth, tap Allow.
- Go to My pods, tap Add pod and pick the
RMM-…name.
Bluefy is made by another company, not by us. iPhone support through Bluefy is best effort: it usually works, but we test mainly on Chrome.
Tips for iPhone
- Keep Bluefy open and the screen on while you record. The app keeps the screen awake for you.
- If iOS asks again for Bluetooth, allow it. You can check in Settings → Bluefy → Bluetooth.
- Only one app can be connected to a pod at a time. Close the pod in other tabs or devices first.
No pods? Use the phone itself
You can record with the iPhone as a sensor at your lower back. iPhone asks for permission to use motion. Tap Allow. See Use your phone as a sensor.

Your synced activities open in Safari too. You only need Bluefy to connect pods.
Other options
- An Android phone with Chrome.
- A laptop with Chrome or Edge, for treadmill or indoor sessions.
Native iPhone app
An iPhone app that connects to pods on its own is planned. It is not available yet. We'll tell you by email when it is.

ReadMyMove shows how you move. It does not assess injuries or health. If you have pain, see a health professional. If you're pain-free, there's no need to change something just because it differs from a typical range.
