Browsers that work, iPhone, Bluetooth and pods that don't show up.
- Which browsers and devices work?Chrome or Edge on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and Android. On iPhone and iPad, use the free Bluefy app. Firefox and Safari can't connect to pods.
- Using ReadMyMove on iPhone or iPadSafari can't connect to Bluetooth pods. Install the free Bluefy browser and open app.readmymove.com in it, or record with an Android phone or a computer.
- My pod doesn't show up in the listWake the pod until it blinks blue every 2 seconds, turn Bluetooth on, use Chrome or Edge, and make sure the pod isn't connected somewhere else.
- Bluetooth permission is blockedAllow Bluetooth for your browser in the site settings and in your phone or computer settings, then reload the app and try again.
- My pod disconnected during a sessionThe app keeps recording and tries to reconnect on its own for about 10 seconds. Bring the phone closer. If it doesn't come back, tap Connect.
