Recording
The record steps, standing still, phone-only recording and signal quality.
- How to record a sessionTap Record and follow five steps, Activity, Pods, Calibrate, Record and Save. Stand still for 3 seconds at the start, then go.
- Why stand still at the start?Three seconds of standing still with all pods on gives the app your neutral position. Without it, knee, hip and landing angles stay hidden.
- Use your phone as a sensorNo pods? Put the phone in a snug running belt at your lower back, keep the screen on and record it as a pelvis sensor.
- What does signal quality mean (Great, Good, Patchy)? It shows how much pod data reached your phone. Patchy means some data was lost, so findings from that pod get a lower confidence.
- Recording danceYou can record bachata, salsa and kizomba today. Dance analysis is coming soon, and your recordings are saved so they can be analysed later.
