Knee drive
How high your thigh comes up in front of you as the leg swings forward.

What it is
Knee drive is the highest forward angle of your thigh during the swing, in degrees from vertical. Technically: peak thigh flexion. Sprinters drive the knee high; easy joggers much less.
How we measure it
A pod on the outside of the thigh tracks its tilt 100 times a second, against your standing pose. Stand still for 3 seconds at the start; without it, this number is hidden.
Typical range
There is no "good" or "watch" band. It is a detail number and is not used for advice yet. Knee drive grows a lot with speed, so compare runs at a similar pace.
How sure we are
Medium. See how confidence works.
What you can try
Nothing to change on its own at easy pace. For faster running, high knees (2 × 20 m) are a common warm-up drill.
