Account & data

How do I download my data?

Export everything in one ZIP from Settings → Privacy & data, or download one activity's raw data as CSV from its Data tab.

Your data is yours. You can take all of it with you in one file, or download single activities.

Export everything

  1. Open Settings → Privacy & data in the app (or go to app.readmymove.com/settings/privacy/).
  2. Under Export all your data, tap Export all my data.
  3. Wait a minute or two. You can leave the page; the export keeps building.
  4. Tap Download ZIP. The link works for 24 hours, then the file is deleted. You can request a new export at any time (up to 3 a day).

The ZIP contains:

FileWhat's in it
README.txtWhat each file is
account.jsonYour profile, settings and preferences (no password)
sessions.csvOne row per activity: date, sport, duration, distance
sessions/…jsonEach activity in full: summary, setup, warnings, notes
raw/…rmm1.gzThe raw readings of each activity from your pods and phone
pods.json, setups.json, consents.json, …Everything else linked to your account, including your consent history

Download a CSV from an activity

  1. Open the activity.
  2. Go to the Data tab.
  3. Tap Download CSV for the pod you want.

You get one file per pod, named like 2026-11-01-08-30-00_<placement>_<podname>.csv.

What's in the CSV

One row per reading, about 100 rows per second:

ColumnMeaning
seqReading number from the pod
t_sTime in seconds
gx_dps, gy_dps, gz_dpsRotation speed on three axes, degrees per second
ax_g, ay_g, az_gAcceleration on three axes, in g (1 g = gravity)

The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Python or any data tool.

Not available yet
