Sign-in, sync, downloading and deleting your data.
- Does it work offline, and how does sync work?Recordings are saved on your device first and upload to your account in the background. Offline, they wait on the device and sync later.
- How do I download my data?Export everything in one ZIP from Settings → Privacy & data, or download one activity's raw data as CSV from its Data tab.
- Delete an activity or your accountDelete an activity from its Data tab, or your whole account from Settings → Privacy & data. You can undo an account deletion for 14 days.
- I can't sign in or forgot my passwordCheck the email and password for typos. Password reset isn't in the app yet, so email us from your account address and we'll help.
