Account & data
Delete an activity or your account
Delete an activity from its Data tab, or your whole account from Settings → Privacy & data. You can undo an account deletion for 14 days.
You can delete single activities and your whole account yourself.
Delete an activity
- Open the activity.
- Go to the Data tab.
- Tap Delete activity.
- Confirm: "Delete this activity? This can't be undone."
The activity is removed from this device, from your account and from your other devices. Demo activities can't be deleted.
Want a copy first? Tap Download CSV for each pod. See How do I download my data?
Delete your account
- Open Settings → Privacy & data and tap Go to account deletion (at the bottom).
- Read what will be deleted. Want a copy first? Export all your data.
- Type DELETE and your password, then tap Delete my account.
You are signed out on every device at once. For 14 days you can change your mind: sign in again and choose Keep my account. After 14 days we erase your account, profile, every activity with its recordings and results, your setups, pod list, exports, feedback and diagnostics. Your pods are released, so they can be added to a new account.
We keep only a record that you gave and withdrew consents, without your name or email, as the law requires. Backups expire within 6 months.
Can't sign in? Email hello@readmymove.com from the address on your account and write "Please delete my ReadMyMove account". We do it within one month at the latest, usually within a few days.
Remove a pod
To remove a pod from your account, open My pods, tap the pod and choose Remove pod. Its old activities stay.
Waitlist
To leave the waitlist, email us from the address you signed up with.
On this device only
Signing out removes your synced activities from this device but keeps them in your account. See Sync and offline.

ReadMyMove shows how you move. It does not assess injuries or health. If you have pain, see a health professional. If you're pain-free, there's no need to change something just because it differs from a typical range.
